Simply slide out the glow stick and snap it to activate it just like you would with any other glow stick. What a fun item to have for a dance party or a slumber party! The glow lasts up to 4 hours and once expired, you can remove the glow stick and the navel ring can still be worn as a lovely piece of navel jewellery on its own.

The glow stick is threaded through the ball at that base of the navel jewellery and fastened with a couple of clear O'Rings. This ball has been paved with sparkling cubic zirconia gems to capture the glow sticks light. A larger 5mm cubic zirconia gem dangles from a pendulum beneath it. The glowing stick is 2.5cm long and the full length of the navel ring is 32mm including the belly bar. This belly button ring is lots of FUN for your navel! A great idea for a belly dancer too.
