Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Direct Deposit and Australia Post Money Orders. You don't have to have a credit card to shop with us.




How do I know what size I am?

Most professional navel piercings are done in a standard 14g (gauge width) and pierced to fit the standard size 10mm and 11mm belly bars.

All of our navel rings are supplied within the standard size range unless otherwise stated.

What are Tummy Toys belly rings made from?

All TummyToys® clasps, swingers and attached pendants are made from quality solid precious metals including solid gold, solid 925 silver and solid surgical steel. The rest of our navel rings are gauranteed 316L or 316LVM surgical steel shafts and/or made from medical grade materials like PTFE.

My order hasn't arrived - where is it?

To find out when your order was sent and if there is a tracking number please login here or enter your order reference number.

Express Post Australia is delivered 1 business day after the dispatch notice. Your dispatch notice will include a tracking number. If you have not received your order, please try tracking it at the Australia Post website. Any concerns, please lodge a missing parcel advise here.

Australian Registered Post parcels can be tracked at the Australia Post website. Any concerns, please lodge a missing parcel advise here.

Standard Australia Post takes between 1 - 7 days depending on your location. Any concerns, please lodge a missing parcel advise here.

New Zealand customers, your order will arrive between 3 - 10 business days. Online tracking is not available however if you have any concerns, please lodge a missing parcel advise here.

All other International customers, your order will arrive between 10 - 15 business days. Online tracking is not available however if you have any concerns, please lodge a missing parcel advise here.




What if my purchase is faulty or damaged in the post?

We flat pack and bubble wrap all jewellery, so its rare that breakages occur. If you receive a faulty or broken item rest assured we will rectify the problem. We have a 100% replacement gaurantee if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. Simply post the item back to:

Include a note with your return explaining the problem so we can rectify it promptly for you or send us a message using the contact form so we know to expect your return.




What if I received the wrong colour or wrong navel ring?

No problem, send it back to us and we'll send you the correct item. If you use the envelope your order orginally arrived in, and mark it "Return to Sender" you will save on postage, and we'll send you the correct colour with no postage fees incurred by you.
