Deliveries within Australia A flat delivery fee of AUD $2 applies to all orders under $40 anywhere in Australia. FREE delivery applies to all orders over AUD$40 delivered Australia wide. Australian Delivery Times Delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days within NSW and between 3-5 business days for all other states. If your order is urgent, we also offer an express post service for a delivery time of 1-2 business days anywhere in Australia.

International orders

A flat delivery of AUD$4 applies for all orders outside of Australia.

FREE international deilvery applies to all orders over AUD$50.

International delivery is available for selected countries, click here for the full list of worldwide countries that we deliver navel rings to. Yes, we deliver to New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, countries throughout Europe and various other selected countries worldwide. If your country is not available, please contact us directly by email.

Postage Information & Options

Australia Post

All packages are sent by Australia Post.

Express Post

If your order is urgent, express post is available at an additional cost. You can select express post during the checkout procedure.

Postal Insurance

You can optionally insure your parcel for an additional fee of AUD$4.50. This option is available in the checkout procedure.

Lost Parcel Advice

While we do our best to ensure your package arrives timely and to the correct address as provided by you, Tummy Toys can not be held liable for any missing packages unless insured during the checkout procedure or sent by Express post. Express post packages can be tracked by Australia Post in the event of a missing parcel.

However, if you are concerned that your package has not arrived please contact us for exact delivery dates and expected arrival times. We will assist you in every way possible to ensure your item arrives. Usually when a package is lost it comes back to our return address, in this instance we will reconfirm your address and promptly resend the package without any additional cost to you.

Damaged Goods

Any items damaged during transit have a 100% replacement guarantee, however you will be required to return the damaged goods as per the returns policy below.

Returns Policy

If there is ever a problem with your order, we'll do our best to rectify the situation. If you wish to make a return you must contact us within 14 business days from the receipt date.

You will be required to mail the jewellery back to us at Tummy Toys (sorry, no cash refunds for return postage but a store credit may apply).

If available, we will issue you a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is no longer in stock and we are unable to replace it, we will offer you a full store credit with free postage.

Under some circumstances a full refund may be available, this is limited to the discretion of Tummy Toys and your individual case.
