If you are having trouble opening or using your premium TummyToys snap lock clasp, you will be pleased to know that most issues can be easily fixed by hand yourself. We have an online video tutorial that can guide you through this process.
If you purchased your belly ring sometime ago and it is starting to tarnish or the lock has lost its grip, these issues can be quickly and easily fixed by referring to our Care and Maintenance video tutorials. Don't throw your belly ring out! With a lifetime guarantee, your belly ring is repairable at no cost! If in doubt at any stage, contact us and our friendly team will help you restore your piercing to its original condition.
If you have received the wrong item(s) by mistake, please rest assured we will resolve this for you. Please contact us with a full description of the belly rings received in error and advise of any items missing. If we require you to return your package, we will refund the return postage fees and will get the correct item(s) dispatched to you immediately.
If there is ever a problem with your order, we'll do our best to rectify the situation. If you wish to make an exchange or a return please contact us within 30 days (1 month) from the receipt date.
You will be requested to mail the jewellery back to us at Tummy Toys (sorry, no cash refunds for return postage but a store credit may apply).
Under some circumstances a full refund may be available, this is limited to the discretion of Tummy Toys and your individual case.
If available, we will issue you a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is no longer in stock and we are unable to replace it, we will offer you a full refund.
